When you submit a form or request a quote

We collect the details you give us, such as your name, contact details and information about your circumstances, so that we can respond to your enquiry and provide the advice or quote you have asked for. Your enquiry is stored securely in our customer relationship management system and is only seen by the people who need it to help you.

How we will contact you

We will use your details to contact you about your enquiry by phone, email, text message or WhatsApp. We aim to respond quickly, so you may hear from us shortly after you submit your details.

What we will not do

We will not sell your details. We will not pass them to anyone outside the firms involved in arranging your mortgage, finance or insurance, such as our network, lenders and insurers, unless the law requires it.

Marketing

We will only send you marketing where you have agreed to it or where we have an existing client relationship with you, and every message we send gives you a simple way to opt out.

Credit searches

If we need to review your credit file in order to advise you, we will always tell you before any search is carried out and whether it is a soft or hard search. Soft searches do not affect your credit score.

Your choices
